If you are interested in joining the crew at LIFE FORCE, all current job openings are listed on Erlanger's career website. Once you are logged in, search "flight" or "EROC" and all openings will be displayed. Qualified applicants will have their resume placed on file and will be contacted when positions become available.

Qualified applicants will be selected to attend the LIFE FORCE interview process that consists of a written test, scenario test, EKG exams, panel interview, and physical agility testing. Following the first stage of the interview process, selected applicants will advanced to the second stage which consists of a ride-a-long shift with LIFE FORCE flight crews. The complete interview process is conducted in Chattanooga, TN.
