Special Observer PROGRAM

The LIFE FORCE  Special Observer Program allows providers in our service area the opportunity to experience first-hand our operations by flying along with the f light c rew. Applications will be accepted for EMS, ER,  ICU and public safety communications  personnel.  This program runs from October through April during the hours of 0900 to 2100 hours.

The f ollowing are  requirements for Special Observers:

• You must be 18 years of age or older

• You must be an EMT, EMT-P, RN, or MD from a  LIFE FORCE service area, currently working in EMS, ER, ICU or Public Safety Communications

• No propensity for motion sickness, claustrophobia or vertigo

• You will be required to attend a of Special Observer Orientation program.

• Due to aircraft configuration, there is a maximum weight limit of 230 lbs

• Ride-Along opportunities are October 1st through April 30th
